Dasein is a worldbuilding and concept art project set within a surreal reinterpretation of New York City known as the “City of Dreams.” Beneath the familiar surface of the city exists a hidden metaphysical reality shaped by desire, trauma, fear, and identity. Inspired by psychological narratives such as Persona and Silent Hill, the project explores themes of existentialism, human connection, and the search for meaning through narrative-driven environment and character design.
